Lorry is an Executive Director within Ernst & Young's Financial Services Office. She has advised and assisted international organizations and financial market utilities assess and respond to regulatory reforms and changes introduced into the financial system, assess product governance, and  develop new business models. She also focuses on systemic risk in the financial industry.

She has extensive central banking and bank supervisory experience developed during her 24 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. As Vice President in Bank Supervision, she was responsible for supervising several major foreign banks. Lorry had responsibility for managing intra-day extensions of credit, governed by the Policy on Payment System Risk and contributed to the development of policy changes. Lorry’s areas of responsibility also included counterparty risk assessment for Federal Reserve counterparties, collateral management, operations, directing and introducing major automation initiatives in cash services and Treasury processing operations, and resource allocation management, budgeting and internal cost accounting.

Lorry has held senior compliance and regulatory positions at global organizations. She was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in the Americas Compliance Department, where she helped centralize and build out an expanded compliance program to provide cross-business support and service for policy development, training, and bank regulatory and anti money laundering compliance. At UBS she was a Managing Director, where she had oversight responsibility for UBS’s Americas-based relationships with all US regulatory agencies, as well as primary international agencies.

Lorry holds her BA from the University of Colorado and MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. She is member of the Board of Visitors of Wake Forest School of Business and the Stern Women in Business Council at NYU Stern School of Business.
