Helen is the CEO and founder of the Dayen Group, a business and executive development coaching company that focuses on enhancing the leadership, sales and communication skills of experienced professionals and business owners. Helen’s clients hire her to heighten their visibility, growth, productivity and upward mobility. Helen works with clients in the financial, legal, healthcare, tech and other service industries. Her clients include hedge fund investment managers, C-level executives and partners in corporate law from companies such as Goldman Sachs, BNP, White & Case, and GE.
Helen is a former Wall Street veteran who worked as a sales executive in fixed income for various investment banks. Her experience is in sales and relationship building allows her to bring the transformative power of effective communication and building a business to her clients. With a clear message and strong connections, Helen’s clients can become better influencers and take their careers to new heights.
Helen is the Co-Chair of the Financial Women's Association Career Connections Committee and sits on the board of NYU’s Stern Women in Business Alumni. Formerly, Helen was Director of Leadership and Development for the Women’s Sovereign Entities organization where she was instrumental in developing women’s leadership programming for sovereign entities such as the Federal Reserve and IMF.
Helen is a two-time graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business. She received her MBA in Management, Finance and Marketing and her BS in Finance and Marketing. Helen lives in New York with her husband, Dimitry, and their son Andrew.
Amy M. Klug is an Executive Director, Investor Relations (IR) at Merck & Co., Inc., where she communicates the company’s financial results, operations and business strategy to current and prospective institutional investors and research analysts, and is a member of the team responsible for reporting quarterly earnings, developing investor outreach, and providing investor feedback to senior management.
Prior to her tenure in IR, Amy held roles of increasing responsibility in Merck’s Finance organization, including Corporate Financial Services, where she supported the company’s financial planning initiatives, and Corporate Financial Evaluation & Analysis, where she conducted analyses in support of corporate licensing, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic investment opportunities.
Before joining Merck in 2009, Amy began her career on Wall Street in investment research roles in JP Morgan’s Credit Portfolio Group and at King Street Capital Management. Amy earned a Bachelor’s in Political Economy, cum laude, from Georgetown University and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
KATHLEEN CORBET, CEB
Kathleen Corbet is an accomplished professional with over 30 years in global leadership experience in the financial services industry; and over a decade of experience in board governance for corporate, civic and philanthropic institutions.
In 2008, Ms. Corbet founded Cross Ridge Capital, LLC, a firm specializing in private investing and strategic consulting in the financial technology and data industry. She was formerly President of Standard & Poor’s (S&P) from 2004-2007 and previously in senior leadership positions for over 20 years in asset management for AllianceBernstein LP, as Executive Vice President and CEO of the firm’s fixed income division, CEO of Alliance Capital International in London and Chairman of Alliance Capital Australia & New Zealand.
For non-profits, Kathleen serves on the board of trustees for The Jackson Laboratory – a bio-medical and genetics research institute and formerly as a director of Pro Mujer International – an organization dedicated to empowerment of underserved women in Latin America through access to financial, education and health services. Ms. Corbet was a trustee of Boston College from 2000 – 2013 and now serves as a Trustee Associate. Ms. Corbet graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Marketing and Computer Science and received her M.B.A. in Finance (with distinction) from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Suzanne Elliott is a principal at Envision Consulting, based in Los Angeles. She has been providing management consulting to nonprofit organizations and mission-driven businesses since 2013. Suzanne offers her clients knowledge gained through more than a decade working in senior management positions in the social sector and an additional five years in corporate consulting. She has a wide range of functional areas of expertise, including strategic and operational planning, resource development, corporate/nonprofit partnerships, and marketing and communications.
Suzanne earned a B.A. in Public Policy Studies, summa cum laude, from Duke University and received an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. She serves on the Board of Directors of Girls on the Run of Los Angeles, the Nonprofit Committee of the Greater Conejo Chamber of Commerce, and the faculty of the Center for Nonprofit Leadership at California Lutheran University, as well as several other volunteer, pro bono and leadership roles for organizations in California and beyond. Suzanne lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Steven, and two young daughters.
