Vanessa Grigoriadis, Author of Blurred Lines: Sex, Power, and Consent on Campus

Vanessa Grigoriadis is the author of Blurred Lines: Sex, Power, and Consent on Campus. She is a National Magazine Award-winner and contributing editor at The New York Times magazine and Vanity Fair. Her book answers the questions about sexual consent currently in national debate.

Eliza Milliken, Community Partnerships Manager, Callisto

Eliza Milliken is the Community Engagement Manager and has been with Callisto since October of 2016. Eliza first channeled her passion for female empowerment through her leadership of two separate youth mentoring groups over 6 years. She graduated from Colorado College with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science focused on gender and campus sexual assault. She began her post-collegiate career in client services at two different advertising agencies, before coming to join the Callisto team.

Lori Perillo, Executive Director HR, Morgan Stanley

Lori Perillo is an Executive Director in Human Resources at Morgan Stanley. Lori joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as a Recruiting Manager for the Private Bank and Wealth Management and transitioned to an HR Coverage role in 2012. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Lori spent several years working in career development at the Stern School of Business at New York University and JPMorgan in executive management and recruiting positions.

Lori earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Lori lives in Westchester with her husband, Joe and four sons, Joseph, Matthew, Andrew and Ryan.

Debra Raskin, Partner, Vladeck, Raskin, & Clark, P.C.  

Debra L. Raskin graduated from Radcliffe College magna cum laude in 1973 and received her law degree from Yale in 1977.  She worked at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago from 1977 to 1981, serving in 1981 as Supervisor of Employment Litigation for that organization.  She served as law clerk to Hon. Lee P. Gagliardi of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York from 1982 to 1984.  From 1984 to 1986, she served as an Assistant Attorney General of the State of New York in the Civil Rights Bureau.  She joined the Vladeck firm in 1986 and became a partner of the firm in October 1988.  From 2014 to 2016 Ms. Raskin served as the President of the New York City Bar Association.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, has taught at Columbia and Fordham Law Schools and has lectured and written on employment law matters for the New York State Bar Association and the Practicing Law Institute, among other groups. 

Susan Stehlik, Clinical Associate Professor of Management Communication, NYU Stern School of Business

Susan Stehlik joined New York University Stern School of Business as an adjunct professor in 1999 and now serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Management Communication. She also manages a consulting practice, Prime Time Ideas, inc.

Her combined academic and profession projects have focused on developing communication strategies for enhancing the corporate and individual presence as well as responding to critical transitions. Her portfolio of specialties includes diversity and leadership training, executive coaching, legal and ethical investigations; as well as work with Emotional Intelligence, and core communication skills. She has worked with a broad range of clients large and small: ABC Television, SAC Capital, Vanguard Investments, Detica, Maharam and Comedy Central, to name a few. The lecture circuit has addressed numerous issues with audiences at the Japan Society, University of Dar es Salaam, IBM and the McKinsey Global Business Institute and many more academic institutions. Recently she appeared on CNN's Anderson Cooper show conducting a case analysis on gender issues in business.

Prior to her consulting work, Professor Stehlik spent 21 years in international finance as a member of the senior management teams at Bank of Boston and Nippon Credit Bank. She has also served as corporate ethics officer.
