Hello, and welcome to SWIB!

Stern Women in Business (SWIB) is a distinctive organization that is committed to promoting female students’ personal and professional development through social, networking, and educational opportunities. Stern consistently recruits one of the highest percentages of women among top tier business schools, and SWIB is proud to represent this incredible group of women.

Our goal is to cultivate an informed, active, supportive MBA community for women, and in doing so, to be a positive force for gender equality in the world beyond Stern. Our membership includes female and male students in the full-time, Langone, and Executive MBA programs, and extends to Stern’s powerful alumni network.

We put together programing throughout the school year that culminates in our annual SWIB Conference in the spring. Please continue to check in as we put up more details regarding our conference.
