Why did you join SWIB? SWIB is about women, but it's also about intersectionality. We know that when we come together, not just as women but as marginalized groups, we have collective power that can create change. I joined SWIB because the club has immense power to drive change for Stern's entire community and promote equity for marginalized communities, both on and off campus.
Favorite part about Stern: Stern's Center for Business & Human Rights - the faculty that run the Center are outstanding, and the research and reports it publishes help Stern lead in the Business & Human Rights field. It's such a privilege to have access to and participate in the Center's work.
Advice for women considering pursuing business school: Never doubt if you belong - you do; you deserve to have access to business school and don't let anyone make you believe otherwise, even admissions offices.
Fun Fact: I grew up on a dairy farm!
