Lindiwe Davis
Lindiwe is a Senior DEI Practitioner and Leader, currently supporting Google. Over the past 27 years, she has tackled a number of roles in the marketing, financial, tech/media, and publishing industries, but it is the work she is doing in the DEI space that she is especially proud of. In her current role, Lindiwe is stratefically launching and overseeing DEI programs, training and events while building inclusive communities. She is also focused on driving awareness and education for an Engineering organization, boldly moving conversations from uncomfortable silence to data-driven (inspired) action. Lindiwe’s professional foundation is rooted in cultural development, DEI advocacy, branding/strategy, production, business operations, and project management.
She is a culturist, lover of film +theater, an advocate of DEI, technology junkie, stylishly secure, and all-around nerd. As a media host she’s interviewed the cast of Amazon Prime series, Goliath, the cast of Broadway hit Aint Too Proud, and the likes of Jay Pharoah, Pinky Coles, and more. She’s been on panels with subject matter that explores the intersection of identity, education/technology, career pathway planning, and navigating working as a person of color in any industry to name a few topics.And she happens to be a podcaster(A Stranger Down The Hall™) and cultural career coach.
Lindiwe’s an effective disrupter and at times a cultural change manager. She holds an M.S. degree in Publishing (Digital Media), a B.A. in Political Science, and a B.A. in English and considers herself to be a nerd with a biscuit fetish. Lindiwe- loves to travel and wherever there is good food, you will find her. She also enjoys spinning, kickboxing, and hanging with her “fambam”; aka friends and family
